The short version
Post & Paddle is a content site, not a store. We don't sell your data. The only personal information we collect directly is what you type into our contact form, and we use standard analytics and affiliate cookies like most websites.
Information we collect
- Contact form.If you message us, we collect the name, email address and message you provide, solely to read and reply. We don't add you to a marketing list.
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand which pages are useful. It collects standard, aggregated data such as pages visited, approximate location, device and referrer. We enable IP anonymization.
- Affiliate tracking.When you click a product link, the retailer (primarily Amazon) may set a cookie so any resulting purchase is credited to us. This is how we're funded — see the affiliate disclosure.
How we use it
To reply to your messages, to understand and improve the site, and to earn the affiliate commissions that fund it. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
Cookies
We and our partners (Google Analytics, Amazon) use cookies for analytics and affiliate attribution. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, though some analytics and affiliate features won't function.
Third parties
Data you generate by using the site may be processed by Google (Analytics) and Amazon (affiliate program) under their own privacy policies. Our contact form is delivered via Microsoft's email service. We recommend reviewing those providers' policies for detail.
Your choices
You can decline cookies in your browser, use analytics opt-out tools, and ask us to delete any message you've sent us. To make a request, email info@postandpaddle.com.

This site is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13.
