Amazon Associates

Post & Paddle is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com. As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases. Amazon is our default retailer, and our product links carry our Associates tag.

How the links work

Our outbound product links pass through a redirect on our own domain (a /go/ link) before sending you to the retailer. That lets us keep every link in one place and swap a destination cleanly if a better option for you appears. Affiliate links are marked with #ad and carry the standard rel="sponsored"attribute, per Google's guidelines.

It never changes our recommendation

Different products pay different commission rates, and some pay us nothing at all. None of that influences which product we recommend or how we rank it — see our editorial policy. That's why you'll routinely find a cheaper product ranked above a pricier one that would earn us more.

About the prices you see

Prices come from Amazon's API and are stamped with the date we last checked them. Prices change constantly, and the price on Amazon at the moment you check out is the one that counts. If our data is stale (more than 48 hours old), we hide the number rather than show you one that may be wrong. More on that in our methodology.
